Where can I purchase Borghese products?

What are my shipping options in the United States?

Standard Shipping (Contintental US)

All orders ship via DHL SmartMail Parcel Plus Ground and most orders will be received within 5-10 days. Allow for extra processing times during high peak shopping periods.

  • Orders over $75 after all discounts, rewards, or coupons receive free standard shipping.
  • Orders less than $75 after all discounts, rewards, or coupons have a flat rate shipping fee of $8 per order.

Standard Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Territories)

All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories and Commonwealths have a flat rate standard shipping fee of $10. Orders to these locations may experience longer shipping windows than the continental United States.

Express Shipping

All orders placed with express shipping ship via UPS Second Day Air with a flat rate shipping fee of $15. We are not able to ship express to PO Box.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Our site utilizes the most current technology to ensure complete confidence when shopping at Borghese.com. All credit card information is encrypted, and information is verified through several security screens to ensure privacy. For further protection, all credit card information is processed through an automated system and is not available for view within our company database.

What is the policy of Borghese on animal testing?

At Borghese, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. We utilize the latest advances in non-animal safety testing and human volunteer testing to deliver products of the highest safety and quality to our consumers. We do not test our products on animals, or ask others to test on our behalf.

When will I receive my order?

Borghese.com orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday). Shipments may experience brief delays during high volume periods, national holidays, or inclement weather. Most orders are delivered within 5 - 7 business days of the order date.

What if I would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed?

Please contact us by phone at 1-866- 267-4437, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed.

How long can I use a product after opening?

The “product after opening” symbol notes how long a product can be used after it has been opened. It is found on all Borghese products.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories & Commonwealths. Due to the high VAT and duties being incurred by our customers in the UK and Canada, we are no longer shipping internationally at this time. We are actively working on an improved experience for our loyal customers.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened and unused product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.  Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of opened and/or used products.  To make a return, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@borghese.com

What if my product was damaged upon delivery?

If damage occurred to the product in your shipment, please keep the box, the packing materials and the product(s) inside and contact us immediately at 1-866-267-4437.

Replenishment Service

  • Enjoy our replenishment service on your favorite products! Items eligible for this service will have an indicator on the product page that allows you to enroll in the program and select the frequency of delivery.  To activate the automated replenishment service, simply select the time interval for future shipments and complete checkout. These products will be automatically shipped to you at the intervals you select. There’s no minimum number of products you must order, and you can cancel at any time prior to shipment. And as an additional benefit, you’ll enjoy 10% off each replenishment order.
  • When your replenishment order is ready to be processed, we will send a reminder to the email address under which you registered. Within a few days after your confirmation, your order will be shipped to your default shipping address and charged to your default credit card. You will receive a second email confirming the shipment of the order and that your credit card has been billed.
  • The Replenishment Service will continue at your selected frequency until you cancel. There will be a recurring charge on your credit card for each shipment for the amount of the product(s) you select plus shipping (if applicable).  After your first shipment, you may cancel before your next shipment to avoid a charge by visiting the My Account section on Borghese.com. You can also change the frequency of your replenishment order in the My Account section. 

How do I become a Royalty Rewards loyalty member?

To join, simply create an account through the Royalty Rewards page.

It is free to join and no minimum spend is required. As a new member, you will receive 20% off your first order plus 50 bonus points. Once enrolled, earn points with every purchase and redeem them for discounts and exclusive rewards — just make sure you're logged in when you shop so your points are tracked.

How do I earn points?

You will earn points with every purchase on Borghese.com — $1 spent equals 1 point, after the application of any coupon codes, discounts, or promotions, excluding shipping fees and taxes. Please allow 72 hours for points to appear in your account.

Higher tiers earn points at a greater rate. Icon tier members earn 1.25 points per $1 spent and Royalty tier members earn 1.5 points per $1 spent. Additional points can be earned through activities such as following us on social media, leaving a review, or referring a friend. Visit the Royalty Rewards page to learn about all the ways to earn points toward future purchases.

How do I move to a higher Tier?

All members begin at the VIP tier. Spending $200 in a year will move you to the Icon tier, and spending $400 or more in a year will move you to the Royalty tier. Please allow 14 days for a new tier status to take effect. 

Tier status is maintained for 12 months from the date of placement.

*Members migrated from the legacy Borghese Rewards program will have their tier status reset on April 1st each year.

Do my Royalty Rewards points expire?

Yes, your Royalty Rewards points will expire one year from the date points are earned.

How do I check my points balance?

Points can be viewed by logging into your account via the Royalty Rewards page, navigating to My Account, or by logging in and viewing your balance at checkout.

How do I know which tier I am in?

Once logged in, you will see your current tier status on the Royalty Rewards page.

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed at checkout for a discount of any value with no minimum required. Points can also be used to claim product rewards through the Royalty Rewards page.

*Please note that points cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or promotions.

Can I use my points and discount code at the same time?

Rewards points cannot be combined with other discount codes, as only one code can be applied per order.

I am having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?

To sign in, enter your email address on the login page and click Continue — a verification code will be sent to your inbox. You can also sign in using your Shop Pay account. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at customerservice@borghese.com.

What happens to my points if I return my order?

Points are adjusted to reflect the final amount spent. Full refunds will reverse all points earned or redeemed on that order, while partial refunds will adjust points proportionally.

Do you offer Birthday rewards?

Yes! To receive birthday points, add a birthday to your profile and ensure email subscription is active. Points are awarded based on tier — VIP members receive 100 points, Icon members receive 150 points, and Royalty members receive 200 points. 

*Please note that if a birthday falls within 30 days of adding it to your account, points may be delayed up to 30 days.

Why are my points not applying at checkout?

Points can only be redeemed when logged into your account. If a discount code is already applied to the order, it will need to be removed first as only one code can be applied per order. For further assistance, please contact customerservice@borghese.com.

How much are points worth?

Every 10 points is equal to $1.

I submitted a product review but did not receive my points. What should I do?

Points for reviews are awarded once the review has been approved and published. Please allow 7 days for processing after submission. If points have not appeared after your review has been published, please contact us at customerservice@borghese.com.

Where can I find product ingredients?
